GAMEPLAY VIDEO & LIVE STREAMING GUIDELINES
SQUARE ENIX Co., Ltd. (“SQUARE ENIX”) permits you to use gameplay videos (“Videos”) and gameplay still images (“Images”) related to SQUARE ENIX’s video game “DRAGON QUEST The Adventure of Dai: A Hero's Bonds” (“Game”) in a non-commercial context only; provided that you adhere to these guidelines (“Guidelines”).

PERMITTED USERS
All content relating to the Game, including, but not limited to, gameplay footage, still images, characters and music (the “Materials”), are properties owned by its authors or right holders (collectively, the “Rights Holders”) and cannot be used without the prior approval of the Rights Holders. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may use the Videos and Images solely in a non-commercial context for the Permitted Uses set out below:
l. Create Videos and Images featuring the gameplay of the Game
ll. Upload the Videos and Images in your personal blogs and Twitter feeds
lll. Upload the Videos and Images on video sharing websites such as YouTube
You are prohibited from editing, altering, or cropping the Materials other than adjusting the image size, changing storage format and the data compression ratio, clipping, and gamma correction.
You will not receive any ownership or other rights to the Materials, including any gameplay Images and/or Videos.
For the avoidance of doubt, any use of the Materials other than the Permitted Uses is strictly prohibited.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
The copyright information and the statement prohibiting the re-use and reproduction of the Videos and Images must be clearly displayed on the websites, etc., where Videos and Images are used. e.g.
We used images and footage owned by SQUARE ENIX CO. LTD., and other rights holders. You are not permitted to re-use or reproduce these images and footage.

When you use the Videos and Images which includes other players’ names, you must obtain such players’ prior approval.
If you cannot obtain other players’ approval, you must edit the Videos and Images to make such names unrecognizable, such as masking the names.
SQUARE ENIX grants you permission to edit the Videos and Images only for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation set out above.
In the event SQUARE ENIX determines that you violate any provisions of this Guidelines, and/or if Square Enix determines that you have violated the Terms of Service, or any other rules of the Game, SQUARE ENIX may temporarily or permanently ban your use of the Game.
SQUARE ENIX disclaims any and all representations and warranties related to the Videos and Images, including any warranties of non-infringement.
SQUARE ENIX accepts no liability for, and will not compensate you for, any damages arising out of or related to the use of the Videos and Images.
SQUARE ENIX may withdraw these Guidelines and this license at any time. You must discontinue distribution, posting, or use of the Videos and Images without delay upon SQUARE ENIX’s request. SQUARE ENIX reserves the right to submit takedown requests concerning Videos and Images to online service providers at its sole discretion.
English Version. If the English version of these Guidelines conflicts with any other language version, the English version shall prevail.
- not to use the Video and Images on any fee-based websites or services;
- not to use the Videos and Images to create any derivative products whatsoever; e.g. You are not permitted to put together Video and Images as books and publish them for a fee or free of charge.
- not to upload the Videos and Images on any adult only websites and services
- not to use the Videos and Images on any websites that violate any public policies
- not to use the Videos and Images on any websites related to religious activities, political activities and antisocial activities
- not to use the Videos and Images in a way that defames others
- to immediately comply with any request from SQUARE ENIX to stop using the Videos and Images, regardless of whether or not any reason for the request is provided. SQUARE ENIX reserves the right to remove any Videos and Images that it deems inappropriate in its sole discretion.
